Philip Parmar is the founder of Prometheus EQ, an organizational consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations cultivate stronger cultures, develop effective leaders, and improve workplace performance through evidence-based strategies.
Philip’s professional background spans education, leadership, organizational development, executive coaching, and psychology. Throughout his career, he has served in leadership roles responsible for organizational culture, employee development, strategic planning, performance improvement, and team leadership. These experiences have given him firsthand insight into the challenges leaders face when building healthy, high-performing organizations.
Philip is currently completing a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, where his research focuses on organizational culture, employee performance, leadership effectiveness, and workplace engagement. His academic work is complemented by multiple graduate degrees and years of practical leadership experience, allowing him to bridge research with real-world application.
